Say a visitor clicked my amazon affiliate link of product A. Once he opened the product page from my aff-link he closed it after 2 sec. after 23 hours he opened amazon.com directly from google (not from my aff link) and he searched for a new product (lets say product B) and he purchased it. all this before a 24 hours end.
Will I get the commission of product B?

Yes you should. If the cookie is still active/valid in his browser that is. Unless amazon began using IP addresses for referrals?

Since the cookie stays on the users PC for 24 hours (I think), unless the user clicks another affiliate link, you should get paid. Not 100% though, someone else may be able to clear it up. I guess the best way for you to find out for sure quickly, is to open an Incognito tab or use another PC and replicate the scenario you explained above.
