    Would you advise dot)com) or dotco(dot)uk if I am located in Europe. Majority of traffic will be Italian, Spanish and from the UK as blog is related to Europe.

    I hope that makes sense...

    .com Always the best option regardless of the country

    Hi,

    From the SEO point of view .com or co.uk it's same.
    If your visitors are coming from one country like Germany, go for a .de domain. Some will look at this.
    If your visitors are coming from a bigger range of countries, .com solves the entire problem without making any major issues to sales, CTR, etc.

    If am in U.K and going to promote amazon product mainly for U.K resident I would use the .co.uk and .com for worldwide targeting. Its just common sense and knowing your market.

    thanks John, do you then know if Amazon has any sort of redirect? And how do cookies work if the client clicks on the link, its takes them to com and they then click off to .co.uk etc...?
