I didn't see an amazon category so I just put this here.

oK, so as I've been posting on here I keep getting my accounts closed presumably for linking a shared ip with another closed account. I had a new amazon account up and running pretty good in the first few weeks. The server was down for the ip I normally log in with so I logged in with a different Ip and boom, next day the email of suspension comes that the account was linked to another closed account.

I have a bunch of orders that I don't want to fill through Amazon as they hold the money 90 days and its just not worth the risk of shipping and not getting my money if there ar any claims filed etc since amazon always sides with the buyer.

I was thinking of just sending an email to the buyers explaining the situation and giving them the option of paying with paypal outside of amazon otherwise their orders would be cancelled.

Do you think amazon would intercept this email. I don't see the email in the amazon account so I can't send it directly from an email. Is there another way better?

I would ust refund everyone and be done with it. Contacting customers and directing payment elsewhere just comes off as scammy, even if you're doing it with the best of intentions.
