Amazing domain that's available!

Hey everyone, just doing some domain searches on GoDaddy and came across an amazing, unregistered .Biz three letter domain name that I think would easily sell for $5,000 plus on Flippa. As cheap as it is, I don't have the funds right now to get it but I plan on getting it within a couple of days. Any suggestions as to what you would do with it? Sell it just as the domain or develop it? Thanks and your opinions and input is appreciated!

Yes, if there's meaning to the arrangement to the letters and it's not just a generic domain, any extension type can be worth a lot of money.

Well since you dont have the funds to even buy it now then you would not have the funds to develop it i would imagine so best to buy it when you can and then sell it. Also dont search for it toomany times on Godaddy or it will trigger Godaddy into snapping it up under you!

A 3 letter .biz domain is less than $50 worth unless it is something like seo.biz.
