Ok so I started a local business and trying to rank number one for 3 keywords.

It's been about 2 months, and only one keyword stayed stable which is in position 28.
I still have a drip feed from one of my PBN's. I have done a diversity seo package, 10 pbn links, and now drip feeding another PBN with 50 posts.

My RD is about at 110 now, backlinks at 1.1k and I'm not ranking. I look at most of my competitors and they got like 60 RD's at max and 300 backlinks at max. My links are stronger, but theirs is a bit more niche relevant, and did guest posts. They've been in business for 3 years, yet i have better and stronger backlinks, but not ranking fast enough. Maybe I'm just impatient? I mean I've only had my site for 4 months, and only did SEO work for a maximum of 2 months. Like I said I still have a drip feed going on that just started a week, but drip feeded for 30 days, trying to target now 10 keywords and one home page and the other service page.

I think I'm just impatient. Or nervous that I won't rank with all these diversity seo's and PBN's.

Yes, you are being impatient. It takes time nowadays to rank. Even low competition local keywords often take 3 months just to get on the first page.

Just give it time. SEO is now more of a waiting game than ever.

How's your on page? And are there at least a few pages of high quality, relevant content on your site?

Ranking takes more than just backlinks. If Google does not consider your site relevant to the search phrases you are targeting, you could end up spending a lot of money trying to brute force your way up the rankings.

try to acquire niche relevant links, they are better than anything. Build niche relevant pbn if the project matters a lot for you.

You can rank with pbn and diversity.
You are saying that doing seo for last 2 months. Considering this you can give some more time up to 6 months.

Because just now some important update happened to google algorithm.

So you can wait for more time.there are some niche very hard to reach the first page by doing PBN and diversity. Try to get few guest post links in niche relevant sites.

You are saying that all the links are strong.
Make sure you have done perfect on page work.

Only thing you are not aware is how much time your competitors took to reach where they are today and that is the time you may have to slog it out, considering everything else you are doing is right.

    Hi,

yup be patient. Maybe 1.1 backlinks within 2 months is a lot? Google will wait for sometime to rank it higher. I think nowadays average is 4-5 months to get on first page (not an expert just saying. also depends on niche and keywords). But ranking within 2-3 months on first page is very difficult. Make sure your on-page SEO is good.
