AM i too hurry for ranking a new website

i built a new website at 3rd May,and after 2days,i bought 20 pbn posts from here,then my serplab told me once a time i reached about 45# for a few keyword on google at 22th May,but the rank was gone that day quickly and then i bought diversity packages and pbns also at 1st Jun,but 22th May until now my rank is NA all the time

i have heard the test" after the latest update,the expired domains' pbns,need to been set and leave for about 36days, then adding post and links is good for ranking money site,too hurry will do harm to the money website"
my question is :is it normal that i still have no rank after i buy some links surely worked (i tested a few monthes ago by using a 5 months old website yet)
IS my website punished or be filtered out by google yet ?
when i will see my website show up on google first 100 in your experience

Wait few more days OP, you have to think before throwing multiple PBNs packages. Track you site in Semrush also.

It is bad idea to link so fast brand new website, I think You can add few links after first month, but not xx after few days.

I've always had best results when I was as slow as possible. Links are much more effective with super slow velocity. Take from it what you will.

Your website vanishing is not necessarily a penalty. Keep tracking its progress for a few days and restart building links at a slower pace. Maybe this is a SERP fluctuation and your site will reappear.

Took a quick glance and looks good enough to me.

Your website is new, it's normal. Just be patient enough to wait for results and you should not be building links too quickly.

did you tried homepage links?
