Am I shadow banned on youtube?

So I had a 10 months old channel and yesterday I uploaded my first video on that channel, that video was more like demo video and is showing perfectly fine on youtube.
Now today I uploaded a video on that channel, and when I am trying to comment on my own video with a link, comment is not showing up after a refresh.
When I am searching for exact same keyword as of my video it is not showing up.
Even when I am searching for the name of my channel, video that I uploaded yesterday is visible, but the video that I uploaded today an hour ago is not showing.
Video that I uploaded an hour ago have bitly link in description and I am trying to comment same link, video that I uploaded yesterday also have link in description and comment but from my own domain not from bitly.
And video that I uploaded today have keywords stuffed in description.
So is it banned or does it take time to show up?

I have just started with YouTube and from my experience, sometimes videos are indexed (showing up) and sometimes not. Sometimes they show up later in the search results. About the commenting, try commenting on a different normal video with a normal comment. Find a video with like only 2 other comments on it and just say wow this video is so epic! Then load the video URL in an incognito private browser and see if you can see the comment. Try uploading more videos. For an example, I uploaded 20 videos to a brand new account 2 days ago. 5 of the videos are getting natural views every day, 15 videos nothing, some are showing in search results, some are not.

If that bitly link is from a content locker or something, try to reshorten it and put the fresh link or use another shortner.
About indexing, it sometimes takes some time from my experience.

Thanks, I will check back tomorrow if it is indexed, my comment is showing perfectly fine on other channel, even the video on which I comment loved my comment within 20 sec of my checking it on incognito mode lol. I think it is bitly which is causing problem.

Yes is from ogads file locker

if channel is not active and not really aged videos can take time to index also.
