Am I right that TrafficVance's helpdesk sucks?

Most of the times they don't return my e-mails, not even phone calls. Not talking about their AIM support. "Trafficvance" as an AIM id is never online. I used to talk with a guy called Jon but I haven't seen him online for a few months.

It it just me or traffivance's helpdesk really sucks?

TV staff is on AIM daily and they reply to IMs. They are not under "trafficvance" each has their own id. Try contacting your account manager. They normally send you an email when your funds are low. All the contact info is in that email.
