Am I required to have my .com, .net, .info on my display URL ?

    I just want to know if I'm required to have my .com or .net show in my display url. For example can I have

    MySite
    or do i have to have
    MySite.com

    And do I have to have www in display url ??

    You don't have to have www but at least with YSM and MSN you do have to have the .com, .net etc. so I assume Adwords would be the same. I've always used the whole site url so not 100% sure, but you can try it and see if you get an error when submitting your ads.

    For adwords you need the extension. Think about it, otherwise there's no way to distunguish between domains with different extensions. It would be real easy to pretend to be someone else.
