Okay so I want to know how quickly I can create Web2.0 manually without Google thinking that it is unnatural..

At the moment I am aiming to build 30 Web 2.0s(low competition kw). Is it okay if I make these all in one day or two days?

So far I have made 10 and it took me about 2 - 3 hours. They are all made within about 20 minutes of each other.

Is this okay on a small scale to build these web2.0s fast? When I hear people say, 'don't build backlinks too fast' are they talking on a far bigger scale with softwares, such as 1000 Web2.0s all pointing to money site created within 1 hour? Or does this also matter on a small scale such as the one mentioned above?

Interested to hear your thoughts.. :)

Is the Content on those properties unique?
Either way you should be fine as long as you dont interlink them all/ping them over and over again or blast unreal amounts of low quality links to them.
Also google wont know how fast they were created. It only knows when it first crawled them.
