Am I breaking any laws?

NOOBIE!!!

1. I was wondering if I am breaking laws if I decide to ask questions in Yahoo answers, then construct an e-book out of the answers then sell the e-book on clickbank?

2. Am I breaking any publishing laws? What if I re word it?

3. Do I need a publisher online or can I just publish myself?

2. Obviously I'd reword it most answers on Yahoo have tons of errors spelling or factual.

3. You can create an E-book out of a pdf file or a word file, no need for publisher.

Get openoffice.org to do your ebook. You can save to PDF in one click, it's free, and it's an easy to pick up MSWord-like environment. Get 2.4.1, not 3 as 3 is beta.

Most ebooks are soley written completely by asking questions online that cater to the mrket and its needs. Then, they compile all of the best answers, make it a book, and sell it.

So, no, you would not be breaking any laws, you would actually be DOING what the book writers DO. You can pat yourself on the back for figuring out the secret on your own

Also, why ask the questions unless the information you share is not already available? I ask because you can re-write anything - even a similar ebook.

Funny enough I have come across forums on the web that have extracted the content of yahoo answers and put them as forum posts

Some people actually make a living STEALING other people's stuff and rebranding it. pfft.

But in this case it's forgivable since you actually did some work compiling the questions.

Ya I would not worry about it at all. There are tons of ways to make money here by rewording peoples content and using it in various ways.

Like people said just reword it and make sure its grammatically correct.

Another tip, some people use dragon naturally speaking software in order to make rewriting stuff easier. Once you get good at it, you can rewrite lots of stuff and make it completely unique just by speaking it all.
