Am I also banned from Youtube Promoted Video Ads?

I have a question and I wonder if any of you have the answer?

My adwords account is banned last year now I want to get into promoted video ads on youtube.

Do you think I'm banned from that too?

I just wanted to ask because I don't want to waste my time creating a campaign from scratch for a banned account.

The only way to use the Promoted video in Youtube is via Adwords, as it falls under the Adwords content network. Since you mentioned that your account was banned last year when marketing on Search network, this means you cannot advertise on Youtube with that account either.
