When we run scrapper for random pages didn't even found single external email just legal tiktok emails maybe users dont mention them in description or other places.

Yes you can scrape them.

The problem with tiktok is you cant try to be ultra specific, as you will get very few results. i.e gender, location or topic.
The way to go about this is mainly scraping by name. or by initials

I would recommend you to hire a professional for this kind of scraping. I've seen Jarvee launch some features for TikTok but they aren't meant for email scraping, simple f/unf, likes/dislikes only.

Yes sure, you can do that but not the ones used to create an account, but the ones they add on descriptions.
