How do you guys get out of this, my brain seems to be burning like, I have too many clients to work on, and today I feel totally forgetful. I have a routine, I dont like to break my routine, like when i start a projects, I have to finish it off by certain time, I don't like to leave the project behind and carry on again.

    I just feel mentally drained.

What do you guys do when you get into this stage?

take a break before you end up in a hospital ;)
seriously, it also depends on your age but I wouldn't take this lightly, resting your brain and body is important.

Sounds like you just need to take a break for a few days. Turn off the computer, get outside, get some exercise, see your friends, eat some nice food, watch some movies, go out and get wasted and forget about work for a while... Maybe take stock and think about ways you can cull unnecessary activities, streamline things, lighten the workload. Then come back refreshed and get back into it hard.

Burn out is a bitch and it's ultimately much more effective to take a break when you need to rather than burning out fully - recovery time from real burn out is much longer.

Drink coffee or something take deep breath do some stretching or do some jumping if you like to have some blood on brain it will work good. and yeah take vitamins like iron supplement vitamin b12 take vacation for a while, do yoga seriously according to my business management class during my school days people are less productive if they don't have break at least once 1 week and people work everyday without a break or rest are the less productive people

Very important to take breaks through out the day. I usually work in 2 hour increments and then take a break. I also take about 2 hours in the middle of the day to work out and just get outside. I come back feeling recharged and can do another 2-3, 2hr stretches before the end of the workday.

Being a "routine" kind of person doesn't mix well with multitasking.

You need to learn how to have multiple projects in the works and be able to skip from one to the other, instead of having multiple projects that you don't let sit until each is finished... that's how you burn yourself out.

I multi task, Like I handle three projects at the same time running, but before jumping into another projects, I'd like to finish the first three project.

Guess I will have to regroup how I work. Now am really having pain in my eyes and headache. have had some breaks, put cold water on my head. nothing seems to work.

Take a break just as autumn suggested. Things that work on a daily basis to prevent burn outs won't work for you at this point.

Once you're back to your normal energy levels I suggest looking into your dieting, sleeping and exercising habits, slowly incorporating healthier routines so that you prevent this from happening again.
