Alternatives to MTurk (USA accounts)

So I was planning to create Mturk accounts and get workers on them. Im sure you saw the JVs of people doing that.
Problem is Mturk isnt really taking on new accounts right now. So, what alternatives do you know of if any that could work for that sort of set up?

Im aware of Microworkers, Appen, Clickworkers, anything else youve tried with decent earnings?
or maybe a combo of them so that each wqorker can can work across the sites daily.

Why any other worker will work on site other then Mturk ? People work on Mturk because they don't accept outside USA people. For other website they can create acc themselves and work. You are not needed.

Hence this thread inquiring if there are other sites that have similar appeal of a USA based account.

Yes, Appen with some good project like social media content evaluation.
 
Wait, so Mturk workers are USA mostly? I just started a campaign with 0,03 cpc lol
 
I've had over 10 people get approved on MTurk in the last 30 days, what are you talking about?

MTurk is always accepting new people
