I just thought about something and you tell me if it's good.
Recently, I posted an ad asking for talented writers needed to work on a blog website while being paid for their articles. The answer has been overwhelming.
Now, to tell the truth, I do not need writers. But this creates a certain buzz for my website. They go check it, they talk about it, and they think they can get a job too. Truth is, my website isn't sucessful enough yet to pay any other guys than myself with AdSense.
My visits tripled over the past few fays by using this technique. I just posted the ad on a free classifieds website and when they replied me, I told them what the website is, gave'em strict qualifications and even a test.
I'm sure this could be scaled.
