Allstate is awesome!! They cut me a check on the spot for my claim!!

My roof sustained wind/hail damage a couple of months ago (it was pretty old anyway). I discovered this the other day while cleaning my gutters and looking for a wasp nest. I called them and within 24 hours of me opening my claim the adjuster came to my house and inspected my roof and gutters. He was very nice and cut me a big check to get my roof and gutters replaced. He gave me the check right on the spot! Now that's customer service!! A lot of people talk shit about allstate online and how they deny claims but I am very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone for homeowners insurance. I am still in shock! I certainly did not think I would get a big fat check today. I figured the claims process would take weeks and I didn't think they would approve it because of the age of the roof. I posted this thread because I think people should hear the good along with the bad and I am very happy right now.
