Guys I'm a bit new to CPA, and am trying to monetize my sites with this concept. During my search among enormous amount of CPA offers I've found out that some of them only allow a certain type of promotion/traffic. I did a quick search and have found out what incentivizable, Email and Coreg are. However still cannot figure out what are the meanings of Download, Display, Search, Social Media and Contextual.
Can any of you guys explain the difference between these phrases?

go to wiki. type in Affiliate Marketing. all the info is on the right in a column. wiki is your friend.

All networks have slightly different defintions, but...

Download = download content lockers or possibly traffic from your own installable toolbars / other apps.
Display = banner ads (on your own sites) and media buys (buying banners / other ads on other peoples' sites)
Search = search engine traffic, or possibly PPC from search engines (ie Adwords)
Social media = traffic from social media sites eg Twitter, Facebook
Contextual = also known as pay per view traffic ie. traffic from adware browser plugins and popups eg. trafficvance.com
