    It was a informational read. What I took from it was, limit your ads to a minimum, focus on user experience and expert opinion/information, make sure it is quality information being WRITTEN, and include a contact page on each website. That will push your "E-A-T" rating up. Not sure about the informations validity, but it is not exactly wrong. Websites stuffed with ads should not rank well, at least in Google's eyes. They want user experience up and ad spam down.
