Hi im wondering if its bad to have all my websites on 1 webmaster account or even all domains on 1 hosting? DOes it hurt SEO?

Im having a rough time ranking websites, literally LOW comp keywords and i just dont understand why i buy BST's every month to test but still no luck :(

If all of your sites are in a similar niche then I'd advise not putting them all in one shared hosting package. You should also not have ALL of your sites in one place because if you lose that one server then you lose everything!

Regarding GWMT, I'm not sure having all of your sites in one webmaster account will make any problems.

Well the question here is what is the number you are talking about. 10,100 or 1000?

As @Kelloggs said if you have same niche sites and churn and burn kinda sites then don't put that on same hosting/IP. If you have a site and you are doing complete blackhat then put that site in a separate hosting. Or if you have a authority site which you consider as move valuable than other sites you have then host that in a separate hosting.
Regarding WMT its best practice to have one separate WMT account for one site.
You need to research a lot before going for a BST. If you don't have luck then choose a SEO freelancer.

Personally, I wouldn't use WMT or Analytics. It's Google little way of keeping track of your websites and what you are doing.

You can have similar niche websites on the same ip, as long as you aren't doing any blackhat seo, spamming or crosslinking. That's where you will have problems. Plus, as mentioned above, if you have all your websites on 1 host and it goes offline, you're screwed.

    my thinking:

If you churn and burn - it's short term and it doesn't matter. Do everything for convenience, such as putting all sites on one hosting.

If you take more of a long-term approach, where you wouldn't want to see the fruits of your labor get smacked down - then try to seem as legit as possible.
