This thread is stupid in so many ways.

Let's say you follow this idea, get your own dedicated server, set up your script and set a low price.
Ask yourself this:
Why would you, me or anyone pay money, even if it's just a small fee, for something that's so easy to get elsewhere for free?
What's so special about your site? What do we get from you for paying that extra fee instead of downloading it ourselves?
Let's say you target people who can't, for some reason, download. What differentiates your site from other illegal streaming sites?
If people are ready to pay, why should they choose you instead of the multi-million dollar business that is netflix or other legal streaming services?
Will your expenses for the bandwitdh and server space be covered by the amount of people paying?

I feel like if you want to go down that road, try it with content locking and/or ads, try to get as much as possible and get out as soon as you can. I wouldn't recommend adsense though, you might wanna use it for legit purposes in the future. It saves you the hassle of getting a new account.
