Hi all, I really confused now. I have installed platinum seo on my blog since one year ago but I didn't see any great result from it. I searched it on google and many said that platinum seo is better than all in one seo. So what about you, what is better? And if all in one seo is better, how can I migrate from Platinum?

    Thank you so much

I'd like some views on this also. I've been using platinum seo for similar reasons but can't honestly say that I've noticed any benefits from this plugin alone.

    What do other members think?

Platinum SEO has a feature that the other don't - And it is robots-meta modification from within wordpress + You can assign tag descriptions (which is good).

The only reason I use all-in-one SEO is because platinum SEO is DEADLY UNSTABLE.
I have had blogs running and meta tags erased, gibberish written... and I am talking more than 1 website. All sites I tested, long-run speaking = Platinum SEO had issues while all-in-one is stable and always OK.

That's my advice. If Platinum was stable I would choose it.

Can you explain to us why you choose it?

Thank you for your kind opinion.. :)

I agree, All in one SEO is much more stable. Even before I did IM, i ran successful blogs and for all of them I used AIO SEO.

    1. Platinum SEO feature a setting to " Automatically do 301 redirects for permalink changes". This means that if you change the Permalink of one of your web pages, it will put some code in a special ".htaccess" file that tells Google, other search engines, and any backlink traffic, that the old page URL should now go to the new one.
    2. Perhaps my biggest reason for going with Platinum SEO is that it allows me to give a single page a "noindex" setting to keep search engines away from a page I don't want listed. ALl in One SEO does not have that feature.
    3. It has a number of other "on-page" settings and options that All in One lacks, which gives you more control for each and every page you create. You can leave the basic settings in place so you are not having to set up each page one by one, but if you want to tweak something it's all right there on your page editing screen.
    4. Okay, this one is a bit nit picky, but it did figure in to my decision to switch. All in One SEO is riddled with advertisements and requests for donations. Nothing wrong with that and almost all plugins do it, but All in One is a bit over board with it.
If you're already using All in One SEO, Platinum SEO has the ability to migrate all of your current settings into it's own setup, so you can do a quick and easy migration of your page title tags, page descriptions and keywords.
So in closing, the main reason I made the switch was for the ability to set a single page as "nofollow" to keep search engines from indexing it. Aside from that they are both about the same, and appear to do equally good jobs at SEO.

thank you all, I already heard that Platinum isn't stable. So do you guys know how to migrate from Platinum seo to all in one seo?
