Everywhere I read, EDUs are the way to go to help out your website. Are all EDUs the same, or will some help out more than others? The prices on them seem to very so greatly! I just found 500 EDUs for $5 on fiverr, I feel like I should be jumping on this, but could it hurt my new MNS instead of help them? Here is the link:

    http://fiverr.com/scrapeboxsarah/cr...-edu-backlinks-for-you-to-boost-your-rankings

As far as background on my MNS I have 6:

    MNS1: created 12/22/11 590 Exact Local Searches $2.61 CPC
already hit it with 75 Backlinks(high Rank authority 3-7) 15 EDUs

    MNS2: created 12/22/11 1900 exact local searches $1.60 CPC
already hit it with 75 Backlinks(high Rank authority 3-7) 15 EDUs

    MNS3-6: created 12/27/11 all 1000 exact local searches $1.50-$2.50
hit all 4 of them with 420+ social bookmarks

I'm interested in this as well.

I pretty sure the fiverr gig you posted is done by a member here. I remember seeing it in a sig.

The thing about these edu links is that I think they are AA list with either comments or pingbacks. That have a huge amount of OBL on them, which also contain Adult/Gambling/Pharmacy.

Would like to hear more information about anybody who has used the gig, and if it's a good idea to blast your money site with these or not.

I did read comments saying it was very spammy. I am very new and did not know if that would hurt my money sites, or if an EDU is an EDU and they are all equal.

Oh hey, free advertising! Love you guys :D
(No, I did not tell the OP to post this here!)

Okay so I'm not going to lie to you. The OBL of these url's isn't really low. But hey, it's 500 .edu links (actually more because I overdeliver) for just $5. Look around at WF or DP, people sell you 20 .edu backlinks for something like $15-$20. So I don't think it's a bad deal.

OBL stands for outbound links or links on the page. I recently found a .edu blog with over 10,000 OBL.

I'm very tempted to just get that gig as one of might site is ranking postition 3-5 and want to push to no. 1 but don't want to hurt my rankings either as I'm making $1,000+ each month already.
