Hi,I got found some offers that works for all countries.But,when i go to check the tracking link,whether it's working or not for my country.it goes in different pages instead of targeted offers page.what's actually happening?

Name: MacBook Air vs. iPad Survey - Incent Traffic OK
Description: Survey offer pays out on completion of survey using valid, accurate contact info. Incentive traffic ok.

Well obviously It doesn't sound like its an international offer to me. Try a proxy. It may say its international, but might be restricted in some countries like India.
 
This sounds like the offer you were trying to view is setup to redirect to another because they do not want conversions from your country on that offer. You'd be better off asking your AM this question then any of us, as they'd be able to give you a real answer.
