I came across this one and it looked pretty interesting.

Download videos from YouTube and convert them to various video formats.

You download videos from yourtube in flv format and use this convertor "A-One FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter". google it and find it easily.

always use a condom

I always use Free Download Manager for my video downloads, and then either camtasia or Watermark Master for watermarking
