AliExpress refunds? Seller being shady

I tried to experiment with drop shipping on a product I found in aliexpress. It's my first time trying it out and I made a few sales and sent it to a seller with good reviews to fulfill and after 3 days of no response, the seller told me to cancel them. He said that the only way he can refund me is if i cancel the order and say that the customer did not want it anymore.

There was other options that blamed the seller. I feel like he's trying to protect his rating even though he's at fault.

Will it delay my refund if I say that the seller is at fault? Seems like a scammy way. I found another seller that replied within a few hours and I learned my lesson to talk to sellers before I send them sales.
 
Don't cooperate with him, try reaching out to aliexpress directly and send them screenshots of your convo. They will deal with it.
 
Whatever option you pick, your funds will be returned/refunded to you within days.
 
I just followed his advice and cancelled the orders under “other”. He refunded it right away since he was online.
Moved my product to another seller which actually replied to me on time and seemed nice.
 
Whenever I pick a seller to drop-ship from, I ALWAYS message them before and see if they understand me correctly and how good their English is. After I see everything is good, then I purchase the item myself to see the quality + if they really don't put any labels in etc. I say this because some sellers don't even understand a word you say and just say 'ok' or something like that and screw you over. Always message them before and buy the product, then sell. Just my 2 cent.
 
Yeah, it will be delayed, but then you are certain to get your money back.

Go with Aliexpress procedures, that would be my advice.
 
Good luck with this. For dropshipping I would recommend you contact the sellers before you use them for dropshipping. There are many shady guys on there and please let us know about the Aliexpress support, because so far I didn't really hear good things about them.
