Just an idea I had that I think I'm going to pursue. I found some small light-weight products on Ali in the $1-$5 range that are being sold on EBay for around $10-$12. There are probably 4-5 other sellers for this product, all with different price points. Now, I could just undercut them, or not let the competition phase me... instead, I think I am going to buy several different variations of this product and sell them as a lot. This product has different models and variations, I found 3 different ones on Ali, I'm thinking of buying all 3 from 3 different sellers, put them all together, take pictures etc.. and sell them as a lot. I did some rough estimates, I could buy all 3 for around $17, and I will offer free shipping, so add like another $5, so $22 out of pocket, I'm thinking I can list as a lot for around $49.99. What do you guys think? A lot of people get scared by competition, but I think selling as a lot sets me aside from the normal sellers and gives me an advantage. Perhaps you guys can try this too. I think it could work.

I saw this in one of BTB's threads. May be you can apply the same method. I havent tried though but I think it should sell well.
