Alibaba Help

Hi guys


I recently planned to start selling some products online and for that i did my research and found some good products. Then i found a supplier on alibaba. Asked for samples and samplea looks good. Then i asked seller to send me invoice for 1200 pieces so i can start selling. But as i m from india now alibaba is not letting me pay by card. Dont know why.

There are only 3 options i can pay through
1. Credit debit card
2. Bank transfer (us bank only)
3. TT transfer ( wire transfer)


I visited my bank to make an international wire transfer. Indian bank sucks. They dont even know how to do it and even if it is possible. First of all they asked me thousands of questions. I have explained everything. Given in written as well.

Now they declined the trasaction with note that " i need to have an import export license before i can make any international wire transfer." I told them that good will not be coming to india and i will shipping directly to US but still they declined thw transaction.


I cannot get import export license at this moment. Is there any other option my indian fellows can suggestion.

My products are ready to ship but i cant seem to find any option to make payment.

Bitcoin will be good option . In which Bank you are having account. Have you tried WU.

Alibaba dont accept bitcoin or wu for this seller. My account is with icici bank.

Try credit cards or wire transfers. Indian cards are not working with Alibaba post demonetisation.

Please read my main post. I have mentioned my issues having when i try to make wire transfer.

I have read it. Get someone else to do on behalf of you. Or open a new bank account or change your country of residence.

Hi guys


Can anyone help me with this transfer? I dont think i will ever be able to get this done through my bank. I am surprised they have ever done anything like this before and dont know the procedure.
