Confirm first whether it is fake mail or real mail. If it is real, just transfer domain to them, and ask to pay fees of domain.

You cant fight with such big services.

Dude you are in a great problem i think. I heard a story about applei dot com. :) or something this type.
he opened a website and apple sent them a mail like this. but he was totally untouched. he said that your TOS is not prohibited to do these. and apple paid a good amount to get the site. :p
so why don't you try it out :p

Tell them your name is Ali Baba and demand they change their domain.
The Name Alibaba has been around a lot longer then them.
That's like Apple stopping me calling my apples apples on my market stall.

Makes me laugh when alibaba are responsible for the sale of more fakes than any other website I know!

Inform Alibaba, that your name is Alibaba. And you registered under your name. If they want your website, sell them for $xxxx :p.

You will have some nice business with alibaba.

mm-alibaba redirects to alibaba, so i take it the email is real. maybe you should call them and tell them that they can suck your ... well , you know. if they would like to send you a c&d through a lawyer or any other legal means, then i would say, give shit up. but it sounds like they just want your domain for free... never settle for free.

Tbh I don't think they can do anything to you, as "alibaba" word has quite a history behind and has root in old fairy tales. But it depends on content of your site.

you are my hero .... showing the copynation what copyright is.

basicly you have to find out if they have the registration mark for this in your country.
its not a lawyer righting so i guess its not a big danger.

if you communicate with tell them that your domainname aliabaXXX is not registerd so its free to use. i would doubt that they hire a lawyer in your country to get the domain.
