I'm here to save you from a hosting scammer: avoid AlexHost. com like the plague.
Why? Let me tell you about my experience. I signed up for their VPS hosting, thinking I was in good hands that doesn't care about DMCA. Boy, was I wrong.
Without any warning, they suspended my account, claiming I violated their usage policy. What did I do? Oh, just hosted a couple of Wordpress and WooCommerce sites. Nothing shady, nothing out of the ordinary.
When I tried to reach out to their so-called "customer support," I got this reason:
"UCEPROTECT-Level3 Details
Provider protection prevents Impact Counters rising more than 1 per 4 hours during the first 24 hours and 1 per hour up to the 48th hour after an IP got Level 1 listed.
If more than 6 Impacts are shown for an IP, that means the Provider ignored abuse for more than 24 hours, and is considered very bad here.
If more than 30 Impacts are shown for an IP, that means the Provider ignored abuse for more than 48 hours, and is considered inacceptable here.

When I asked them to explain it, they sent a link to usage policy and said that your are spamming. They are not even allowing to get a backup and refund for remaining period although subscription is valid till oct, 24.
But here's the kicker: this isn't just my story. Go ahead, do a quick search. You'll find countless others with similar horror stories. Suspensions left and right, no explanations, and definitely no chance to resolve anything.
So, consider this a PSA: if you value your sanity and your website's content, steer clear of AlexHost.com. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Spread the word. Warn your friends. Let's save others from falling into this hosting nightmare.
Stay safe out there, folks.
