Scammers. They are giving non working dedicated servers, that start shutting down on their own after few days, when you ask for a refund they say they will give it to you then just start ignoring you and do nothing. I had to make a paypal refund where they also started ignoring me after saying "We will give you a refund", i escalated it to PayPal and will hopefully get my money back from those non reliable sellers. Stay away from them.

You might want to look up the definition of scam. Because you apparently don't know what a "scam" is. We delivered the server to you, where is the scam? Nowhere.

And we did the refund and you said you wouldn't post a negative review if the refund was done, you wrote it yourself. And the refund was made. The server was delivered when you bought it.

Where is there scam? Sorry to be honest, but there is no "scam" at all, we are a legally registered company. Besides that your definitions of scam are wrong and illogical. A scam can only be considered when the service is not delivered or a product is not delivered.

Which is wrong, because the server has been delivered and the refund as requested has been made (fulfilled).

Where is the scam now? Understand, that scam is cheating here nobody cheated you, the server was delivered. And the money returned, tickets have been answered to your questions.

Yes you did the refund, all good. This was done before it. I deleted my trustpilot review and came to delete this one as well but seems like i can't. If in future the service doesn't shits down on it's own and haves stable os i might order.Good luck

Unfortunately we didn't removed the vps 1, it still there. We only stopped the promotion of 11.88 Euros yearly.

Due to price of Energy crysis, we are being affected by outages of war (we solved this)
However, the eletricity is become expensive specially in Moldova.

Sorry, but we don't agree with you. Our prices are cheap, you are saying that 4€ euros is a lot of money? When are some providers doing more than that?
4€ is very acceptable, and is not expensive. We can't change the prices. If 4€ is expensive what about 10€ monhtly vps?

The prices are right, just because you can't afford that doesn't mean that is expensive for others.

Hi, I'm writting a post here since my server just got suspended (non negociable as they say) without any warnings because of a basic DMCA complaint.
They're supposed to ignore DMCA. They say 'yes but this DMCA complaint came from Europe'. Here is the proof :

Just so you know AlexHost is not fully DMCA ignored. And there are no warnings. Your VPS will just get suspended as soon as they receive a DMCA from Europe.
