We understand your question, but spam reports is not something that you can just close and is done.
The IP usually is blacklisted and some of lists we need to pay to unlist the IP.
Specially if you used shared hosting (I don't know which service you used, but shared the IP is shared, we don't tolerate that for others clients safety and reliability)
You breaked our rules, you can open a ticket support or replying the same. The abuse department will decide, but like I told you, they can refuse.
