That is a bold lie! I recently attempted to purchase a server, they required all details about me including name, address, etc. Naturally I proved fake information to protect my anonymity, so they flagged my order and demanded I send them my ID or they will cancel my order.

That is not true at all. Alexhost respects customer privacy and you are in the full right to refuse to send any document or ID.
Most of this happens because the IP is blacklisted in any Fraud database or detected as fraud. You should use crypto payments.

This also happens with TOR that is usually used for Spam and other criminal activities where the IP is flagged from Anti-Fraud Protection.
