Sorry for your issue, we already checked your issue and seems fixed from our side.

The issue was fixed. When you do updates you should make always a backup.
Backup is always recommended to avoid any issue. Our support was checking your issue and there are some updates that gone wrong, but already fixed.

If you still have that issue please reply in the same ticket.

no fix, my website is still down on my side, we are still communicating back and forth on the ticket, there are something going wrong on the server, as the site was running fine all the time until yesterday suddenly its down
 
here is the update, I moved out my site to other hosting in order to save my website traffic, you guys dont believe what I said about server issue and thought I find trouble, I didnt mean to move out, as moving the site will cost me time and effort too, but I cant live with your server issue, today I posted the recording in the ticket, which I cant login cpanel and ftp doenst work, then I dont receive any response:D
I also request for partial refund, I am done with your hosting after moveout:)
