The server is not busy. The port speed is shared. Like I said above. There is not scam, when you bought the server it says 1Gbps Shared.
You agree and you bought it right? Or you are telling you bought because you didn't see it?
1Gbps shared means that you can have speed close to 1Gbps or not, depending of the day and hour. You can have 100Mbps, 70Mbps, 500Mbps, 900Mbps because is shared.
When is shared it is divided by other clients the port speed. We have 1Gbps dedicated 50€ which you said you can't pay. We understand.
But saying that is a scam, is not correct. We delivered the server you have access to it, we can provide screenshots of ticket supports.. If you still saying the same.
The button for servers is disabled because is not automatic, is manually.

Alexhost didn't liked when someone call us "scammers" when we delivered the server, is not scam in any circunstance.

but your server download speed is 274kb/s
your network is working on 100m port shared and not 1g/shared
