I am confused regarding your refund policy. I requested a refund as I didn't receive the expected loading times from your shared litespeed hosting.

If you use a lot of plugins is quite normal, that your website shouldn't load fastest.
However, if your website is bigger, you should give a try to Dedicated Server with high cores.
Please reply again in the ticket that you wish to be refunded.
