Have never flipped a site before but have a blog which is less than a month old and not producing revenue yet. It does have an Alexa ranking of 17,283,062 though and fully indexed in Google.

Was reading posts earlier today on flipping new sites. Do you think the Alexa rank will make this saleable? Sorry if stupid question but this is all new to me

Yes, I believe most people looking for a website pay more for ones with an Alexa ranking.
 
Does the Alexa ranking give it a specific value? e.g my ranking would value the site at so much

Little to no difference. I've never met a serious buyer who would consider Alexa rank. It might make it slightly more appealing to noobs but I'm not sure if they would pay more because of it.
