    Hi,

My experience says, a single alexa toolbar installed in a browser can give you 500k to 200k rank within a month. I have Alexa toolbar; SearchStatus add-ons in my firefox browser.

Last month everything was fine, but after installed HMA vpn in my pc Alexa system is not working for me. When i saw this problem, i uninstall vpn system from my pc. But alexa system still was down for me.

I set up my windows (Windows 7) again. Install firefox (tried with v20, v19, and v18), chrome in my pc and installed alexa toolbar, SearchStatus again. I also tried with Alexa Sparky add-on but nothing works.

I am trying to rank a N/A raked domain in Alexa from last month. After one month, still rank is N/A, although I have Alexa toolbar in my browsers. Not only that, another 183k ranked site now goes in 830k while traffic improved 1k in last 30 days.

I visit my sites on daily basis (development are going on).

Please help me, how to solve this issue.

    Thanks

My internet connection is DHCP enabled. IP address changed in every new login. I also tried another IP from another ISP. Not only that i also used IP address which is given directly by IIG (International Internet Gateway).

Alexa algo is changing all the time. I doubt the problem has anything to do with vpn installation.

Your method doesn't mention anything about changing IPs or useragents. Having all visitors from the same IP or with the same useragent no longer gets the results it used to get.

Consider what real traffic would look like, how visitor information would be different and mimic that pattern. At the very least the traffic should come from different network providers, different countries & cities, use different browsers, different plugins, different OS, different screen resolutions, different referrals and of course different IPs that don't leak the source IP.

Alexa has been slow to update their algo but they're catching on. Just setting up an Alexa toolbar in your host browser and visiting your site a few times a day doesn't always bring good results.

Thank you so much. But my main site has monthly 23k visits according Google Analytics and traffic increasing day by day. With traffic increasing my Alexa ranking are not improving at all. Already i have said rank now 930k from 183k.

I think Alexa toolbar is enough to index a site in Alexa site. But still my developing site has an N/A rank. Another info dude, i never tried to improve rank by my own visits. I am just taking about that it's not working.

Ok, i will go for a test using different IPs and useragents. Do you have an update list of user agents with alexa toolbar?
