getting one realistic image is pretty easy now, the harder part is keeping the exact same person across every post.

i'd create an original base character first, generate a good set of different angles/expressions from that face and then train a LoRA once you're happy with the identity.

for testing you can even start with reference-image generation before training anything. if you can keep the face consistent across 20-30 different scenes, outfits and lighting conditions then you've basically solved the hardest part.

Ive seen sooo many of these accounts recently. I want to get in contact with who makes them as have a business idea for them (obviously they dont actually look at DM's because all of teh thirsty guys). If anyone knows someone who runs these accounts let me know!
