ai genetted videos?

some channels get a lot of views with AI-generated content, especially when it’s entertaining or makes people curious.

I haven’t seen mass bans tbh. what I do see is channels getting stuck at low views when it’s obvious AI spam.

I've seen a few reports suggesting that channels relying solely on AI-generated videos are getting flagged or restricted more often lately, especially when the content appears underdeveloped or repurposed. YouTube seems to prioritize channels with unique value or human engagement.

Not banning AI videos but htey did crack down last year:
"As of July 15, 2025, YouTube is tightening policies against low-effort, mass-produced "inauthentic" AI content, while still allowing AI-assisted content that is deemed original and adds significant value"
They must also adhere to community guidlines and "when realistic content is made with altered or synthetic media, including where gen AI labels may then appear within the video description information. If content is related to sensitive topics like health, news, elections or finance, we may also display a label on the video itself."

So shouldn't be banned, but does need to conform to their policy

Currently, YouTube doesn't ban AI generated videos, but they are tightening their regulations. Your channel will be safe if you use AI as a tool to help with idea generation and video editing. Conversely, content such as static slideshows, emotionless robotic voiceovers or repetitive videos will be flagged as non original content by YouTube and will have monetization disabled. My advice is to add your own personal touch and creativity to the final product, this will make your videos better.

it might be already discussed but could not search with word ai
does allyoutube channel with ai generated videos getting banned right now?
From what I understand, YouTube doesn't ban AI-generated videos; if the content is good and appropriate, it still attracts many views.

No, AI YouTube channels are not getting banned just for using AI. YouTube allows AI content, but they’re cracking down on low-quality, mass-produced videos. Channels that rely on automated, repetitive, or copy-paste AI content can get demonetized or lose reach.

I don't think so, just shadow ban if you upload too much monotonous short content. It just won't promote you.

People are still generating contents using Ai... It depends on how real it looks
