If your domain name is competent in a specific subject and the domain name is at least 2-3 years old, then it does not matter whether it is AI content or manual content. It will rank you from the top in a short time.

I believe google have no issue with ai content or human written content because i have create both types of site fully E-E-A-T site and partial Ai site!
both are de rank in one week!

It is not enough. If the subject is health, you will have expertise in that subject. Google will know that you are a health professional. If the subject is pets, it will be more effective to be known as a veterinarian. It is not impossible, but otherwise you should feed the old domain name with quality backlinks.
