I'm usually using ahrefs to check domains for metrics but I don't get what should I consider for a PBN domain.
URL Rating or Domain rating ?

And it differs so much, I found an 80 URL rating / 60 Domain rating (a spammy one of course pharma) and on majestic it has like 9 TF/CF. Is this domain really useless for a PBN network with those stats ?

Personally i wouldnt be relying on ahrefs rating. I would be relying on TF/CF in majestic, Topical trust flow in majestic, referring domains, the types of links and anchors that are coming in and way back time machine.

It has tons of RD, but isn't this like making a new Web 2.0 profile, posting an article and making tons of links for that web 2.0 to get power ?
The only difference is that there are already links to the domain(Spammy ones).

I would not rely on metrics, but rather judge by the backlink profile.

The backlink profile is horrible, just tons of comment links with thousands of obl, but still can't they be used for something ?

Sure, you could 301 a bunch of domains and try to scam someone at auction!

Seriously though, if you know the backlinks are garbage you should stay away. Garbage backlinks = garbage domain. Why would you still consider it?
