Looks ok, good idea.

The header is huge though, id make it much smaller if possible, you must have a big monitor and at least 1024 x768. A lot of people still using 800x600, this header will take up most of the page.
 
Yeah I agree, the header is a bit large. It's larger than my 17" monitor's screen.. Other than that, really nice site man. How about implementing a "video of the day" section located top-middle, right where people can see it when they visit the site. There no indication of what the site is actually for on the site itself, aside from the name ;)

Also, can "they" force you to remove your videos, much like they do to YouTube -- even though your video files are hosted overseas?
 
I'm Sure they can try but we don't host the stuff

going to work on a smaller header!
