Taking new order
I sent an email nearly 24 hours ago documenting that all of the Hotmail and outlook IMAP accounts I purchased were already banned when I tried to login to them, including the email server response.

I did not receive a response.

It took a long time to get the accounts and it’s taking a long time to get any kind of service. I am not happy about this waste of my time.

Also we wrote it in our website that delivery is within 24 hours and your order did not passad 24 hours before we deliver it.


If the accounts you order get banned immediately you login. The problem is from your proxies. It is impossible for a bulk of accounts to get banned immediately after login if not for bad proxies or how you Access them.

We won’t be doing anymore business. Your response is unsatisfactory.

As far as I can tell the accounts never existed according to the response from the email server, which was “invalid username or password.”
 
Someone competent finally got back to me via email yesterday afternoon.

Support admitted the problem with their outlook and Hotmail accounts are not my fault, as @Donawoite has indicated, since in their eyes this situation is “impossible.”

Support admitted that they no longer have IMAP/POP3 outlook/hotmail accounts available. Their website advertised aged IMAP/POP3 Outlook and Hotmail accounts when I purchased.

I was not offered a refund. I was not offered an apology for the time I wasted on this.

Support is incompetent and rude. They take up a significant amount of paying customer time with nonsense like you see in their replies to me. They blamed me when it was really their fault due to false advertising.

The operators of the website were too incompetent to remove the Outlook and Hotmail products from their website before they didn’t have them anymore. Either that or they are intentionally selling fake account credentials (I am giving benefit of the doubt they are not intentionally scamming).

If I do not receive a full refund I plan on making a formal dispute thread against you on BHW. This is your notice.

it's already In our website that if you are not satisfied with the order, just request for refund through email and we will refund your order. You are just wasting your time, Typing rubbish as if you have something against us before. The money you used to order is not even to $20 I just don't know why you are too desperate. You refund will be process soon because I don't have your time.
