Someone competent finally got back to me via email yesterday afternoon.
Support admitted the problem with their outlook and Hotmail accounts are not my fault, as
@Donawoite has indicated, since in their eyes this situation is “impossible.”
Support admitted that they no longer have IMAP/POP3 outlook/hotmail accounts available. Their website advertised aged IMAP/POP3 Outlook and Hotmail accounts when I purchased.
I was not offered a refund. I was not offered an apology for the time I wasted on this.
Support is incompetent and rude. They take up a significant amount of paying customer time with nonsense like you see in their replies to me. They blamed me when it was really their fault due to false advertising.
The operators of the website were too incompetent to remove the Outlook and Hotmail products from their website before they didn’t have them anymore. Either that or they are intentionally selling fake account credentials (I am giving benefit of the doubt they are not intentionally scamming).
If I do not receive a full refund I plan on making a formal dispute thread against you on BHW. This is your notice.
