After you build links, what do you do next?

Does it counts as a backlink, if my forum signature is with banner and it redirects to my website? ( yes, it's dumb question but I can't find answer to that )

In my very humble opinion you should come up with a very good strategy and not rush things up. Once you step into the SEO fever you are bound to make mistakes that will cost you alot of your work and time.

Generally they do but I don't think they count for very much juice from what I have seen. More useful that those links have people clicking them if they are interested in your site.

you can do some social bookmarking backlinks to make it indexed

I will take a break to settle them down or build another tier 1 backllinks. Then I use some forum profiles/SB blast to those tier 1 web 2.0

Backlinks is a never ending method! The website with the most backlinks will rank the highest in the search engines.

Build, create and make more backlinks as many as you can,but remember do not SPAM! make your links look more natural. check your links every once in a while to consider its existence, its quantity and of-course its QUALITY!
