    Hey guys I have a few questions regarding SEO service provided by other people;

    (1) why some provide monthly service...while other provide 1time?
    (2) after their service..example once we reach certain serp..what should I do to maintain..and how often! I'm aware that continue building social network is important but what about link building etc?

    Thanks for your advice

    Some people believe they can lose weight by going to the gym a month, other people go to the gym for at least 6 months.

    You don't stop building links if you wanna preserve your top rankings.

    Often times when a service requires you to pay monthly it's because they're either adding links every month, or the service is highly coveted and they believe the value of their links is better distributed monthly.
    Typically if you pay a 1 time fee your links are there forever. If you're paying a monthly fee it's kind of like renting a home. You don't own the links, you're just paying for them to be there until you don't need them anymore (which, if the service has provided you with good results, should be quite a long time).

    Your second question depends on a number of factors.
    I'm a believer in continuing to build links for maintenance after a site has hit my desired position, however on a lesser scale than my initial linkbuilding efforts.
    If your niche is competitive, other people will be trying to get your spot. You'll have to keep making your site stronger if you know people are trying to beat it.
    If your niche is not competitive, you probably don't have to worry about it as much.

    Yes! All tiers are important but tier 1 links should be high quality and contexual.

    you never stop building links,after a package is done buy another one,mix links platform,with single kind of service you can't go wrong - buying blog posts on HQ blogs,this work the best,but you have to chose the right seller

    That is an awesome answer! That hit the nail on the head.

    (2) after their service..example once we reach certain serp..what should I do to maintain..and how often! I'm aware that continue building social network is important but what about link building etc?

    To maintain you need to keep building links, obtaining links. Social networking is important but if you're after SERPs, nothing beats proper link building.
