After-sales email follow-up software for offline businesses?

Hello, I need a good way for offline businesses such as a dentist, auto mechanics, and restaurants to send follow-up email sequences to their clients.

So for example a auto mechanic asks their clients for their email (usually through a paper form)and will send them a follow-up sequence where after the sale they send them a feedback form in the first email, 3 days later a email with useful information, and a week later a maybe a coupon.

Is there an email marketing software that would make it easy for a business to enter the customer's information, and send them a sequence like this automatically? It seems like most email marketing software is tailored to online marketing, subscription, or email lists.

Something relevantly cheap would be preferable.

A CRM? Most of them have tools for email chains and sales funnels/pipelines.

Several email tools also probably have this. You will need an integration with your cms for this tho.

If you need something more simpler/ad-hoc, you may need to pay a dev to make a bespoke tool.
 
I thought of that but a CRM is way too complicated to use for most small business owners. And having it integrated with with a email marketing platform may add up in price as well. I though I can do it with MailChimp but im having a hard time. I was wondering if anyone know any other email marketing platforms such as convertkit or active campaign that does this? Im not too familiar with any othe remail marketing software other than mailchimp

If you have an opt-in list, any standard email auto responder will be enough for you (Mailchimp, get response, awaber...)
