    Hi,

What do you guys do when you publish a new content in your website? How do yo promote it? I'm currently social bookmarking every post on Digg, Reddit, Mixx and Stumbleupon, but I'm looking for more options to promote and build backlinks to a single blog post.

    Any experiences / advices?

Have you tried posting on other peoples blogs or perhaps yahoo answers?

Say for example your blog post is about how to installed Windows and there's someone asking how to do just that on Yahoo answers, post your blog there.

Auto post to twitter. There are a lot of threads on getting a twitter following, it's a good way to get steady traffic. It also doesn't take very long if you use a program like tweetattacks, which is sold through this forum.

I'm assuming you have already submitted your RSS feed to aggregators. If not, that would be a good move too.
