I ordered once from White Dolpin -(http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ld-link-package-turns-google-upside-down.html) First time round customer service was fine and order delivered promptly. Emboldened, I then ordered again twice more - spending more than $1k in total. At which point he stopped communicating in any way, either via the thread, or in response to my repeated PM. I posted again on the thread asking him to get in touch, and to simply send a confirmation that the work had been done. Nothing.

I want to make it clear I have no problem whatsoever with the quality of his service or the links. He makes it clear it's big time spam and, as they say, Caveat Emptor. What i do have a problem with is someone taking my money and then refusing any form of communication, or even to send a simple mail or PM saying thanks, your work is completed. To be honest, I'm fairly sure several of my sites received no links at all...

So herein I nominate White Dolpin for the shit list for:

    1. the worst customer service I've ever received
    2. a vanishing act after accepting $1k of my money
    3. Tarnishing the good name of BHW with his crappy approach to business

Proof of my first order is here: http://www.mediafire.com/?8b5xfb4xz64werr

That was for a straight up SGW with no high PR.

    Here's for no 2. $500. http://www.mediafire.com/?fud2nlbh56v41ol (3 more SGW)

    No3. http://www.mediafire.com/?xdklzl3d1k9p1rk $200 (2 more orders)

I should clarify that I spent $900. On the last order Russianboos, whose done some work for White Dolphin, gave me a 50% discount code which meant I would get 2 for one. This would push the monetary value of services ordered to $1100.

It was really getting Messy over at the SWG thread. Almost everyone was complaining over at the thread....... Especially about the customer service Indiaphile rightly mentioned.

I was 2 minutes away from getting the service when i saw a Newbie(with a few posts) drop comment amidst the growing distaste for the service. That he's ordering another SWG, and celebrating an incredible SERP boost from the last one.

I wrote White Dolphin immediately saying that was a cheezy attempt at Reputation Clean up/management, Though he claimed he had nothing to do with it, i didn't buy it.

The service may have started well but Ended badly.......Possibly solely due to poor Customer service.

Bigdaddy - How can you say the service is on a "shitlist" when you've tried it yourself and had great results from it?

theindiaphile - seems to be on a personal crusade to get me banned - even after he was offered a full refund/reblast like I have given some people in the thread.

You can say whatever you want about customer service - but we haven't missed an order and all orders were blasted with links as outlined in the first post and if you need proof just google your site in quotes - even after I stopped responding to the thread. Everyone that ordered had his/her order completed. Did it possibly not work for some people? Sure . There are also just as many , if not more positive comments in the thread and on "the other forum."

Your name was shitlisted by another member and not by me..As a seller, you should respond to your clients. When I check your thread, I can see complaints that you are not responding to their pms.

    @indianphile - got the refund?

I do have to agree with the lack of communication on that service. Maybe mods could add a rule to require a reasonable level of communication for BSTs or face having their thread closed. Just an email confirmation of order received and completed would be fine. It's not hard to keep most customers happy.

    Cheers!

Hey, I would love to know where I've been offered this refund. I may have missed it in the thread but I've had no PM, no email, no Skype. Had you offered me this, I would have been more than happy to accept and simply forget about the whole thing. As it is, I heard nothing despite making repeated attempts to contact you. So you left me no choice!

Sounds like a great idea too. As a service provider too, makes sense that some guidelines are drawn that define acceptable customer service. I cannot talk about the product that whitedolphin offers, as I never tried it and might never try it, but the replies in his BST and the little attention he shows to his customers, drives the point that some level of broad guidelines would be helpful for the forum as a whole.
