    BHW, Hows everyone doing?

    So after seeing my twitter timeline explode with Vine links i figured i better hop on and figure how to grab my share of followers before it is saturated (I suggest you do too).

    for the most part it seems to be very similar to Instagram, this is good! I think IG is a great platform for marketing.

    ONE HUGE DIFFERENCE! ---> every time you LIKE a photo it shows up on your profile.
    For people who have tried IG you know where this problem lies. You like thousands of pics a day like IG and people will know you're spamming!

    GOOD NEWS! ---> you can delete previous likes from your profile.

    When i would IG market "liking" was my main form of gaining REAL followers while still keeping my following number down. I still think that liking is the best way to make a profile look as if it has a natural stream of followers actually interested in the content.

    This info poses a problem and also a solution

    I don't have a bot for Vine (this is also a shameless plug for finding one, PM if you have a Vine Bot) but if i were to have/create a bot i would make sure to add an "UNLIKE" feature to it. Hiding the fact that you like lots of pictures will be essential to success on Vine. Something that didn't have to be accounted for with IG...keep this in mind.

    Not too much groundbreaking info here, just a casual observation to think about.

    Very good analysis my man. I say that because I felt the same exact way. Vine is still small enough that you can get a good number of followers by hashtagging but who knows how long that will last.

    I guess a comment bot would be the next best thing if you couldn't get a like/unliker

    :congrats::thanks: ...i appreciate the feedback.
    Still nice knowing it should be only mior adjustments to the IG marketing strategy once some bots start rolling out

    Hopefully w'ell get some more people to chime in, would love to discuss some early manual strategies if nothing else
